Would you like to receive a donation receipt?

We will be happy to issue you with a receipt for your donation, please send us an e-mail with your account number and donation amount to spenden@rennradmuseum.com

For donations of up to 300 euros, the donation will be recognized by the tax office even without a donation receipt. All you have to do is keep the account receipt. This reduces the administrative workload for us.

*: We are recognized as a non-profit organization by the Dortmund tax office. You can deduct your donation from your taxes. We can issue donation receipts on request. To do this, you must state your name and address on the bank transfer or send us an e-mail at the same time as the transfer.
As a voluntary organization, there are no permanent employees in our office and administration area. Unfortunately, it can also happen that this area is only staffed irregularly due to vacation, illness or staff changes. For this reason, it may take up to six weeks after receipt of your donation before we can send you your donation receipt. For monthly payments, we will issue your donation receipt within the first three months of the following year at the latest. Please wait for these deadlines if you have any questions about the donation receipt.
